• Saturday | Detroit Country Day Lower School: Departs 8:40 am | Arrives 4:00 pm
• Sunday | Temple Beth El | Departs 8:50 am | Arrives 4:00 pm

Instructor Sign-in and Class location

• Sign in at the Winter Walden desk at 8:45 am with Jackie to get your lift tickets, class form, note cards, and pencils.
• Our sign-in table is located in the Pinery Room opposite the main cafeteria.  If you are entering the front entrance take the stairs to the left and the Pinery Room is located on the left past the ski shop and the bathrooms.
• Be dressed and ready to teach by 9:05 am and meet us at Winter Walden Flags where our students meet us for lessons.  The flags are on the snow in the beginner area between the magic carpet and rope tow. This is where classes start and end for the day.  This is also where we direct kids to go if they get separated from your group.  We suggest using the buddy system with students in your group as this will minimize kids getting separated from your class.
• The class start time is 9:15 am.  The class end time is 3:00 pm.  Be sure to complete your student note cards before the end of the day and start heading back to the flags around 2:55 pm as the students start boarding the buses or getting picked up by their parents.
